What areas do you service?

We cover most of Indiana and surrounding areas, generally a 125 mile radius of Indianapolis.  Please call if you have any questions about this.

How do we arrange for your services?

Indiana Carriage will work directly with families or through your funeral director.

What is the cost for your services?

How long have you been in business?

Indiana Carriage was started in 2004.  Since that time we have done hundreds of events of all types.

What type of horses do you use?

We use black Percheron draft horses.  Our horses are well trained and well cared for.  They truly enjoy their job as evidenced by their willing attitudes.  We treat them as business partners who work with us.


6.

How much notice do you require for scheduling?

We can usually be available on short notice, but availability is on first come basis.  We are a small company by design and therefore we can offer quality service with attention to detail with focus on one customer at a time.


7.

How far can you travel with the hearse or caisson?

Most often our services are utilized from just inside the cemetery entrance to the gravesite or mausoleum.  Sometimes we can travel from the church or funeral home to the cemetery.  Our limits on distance is usually about 2.5 miles.  Call if you have questions about this.  We can work with your funeral director to accomodate most situations.
